Steven Klaiman formed SJK Properties to capitalize on real estate opportunities and to create long-term value for its investment partners. Based in New York City, Steven brings over 10 years of professional real estate investing and development expertise across all property types including office, hotel, retail and residential.

Prior to forming SJK Properties, Steven was a partner at G&S Investors. Based in New York City, G&S Investors develops income-producing real estate properties and renewable energy project in the New York tri-state area.

Prior to G&S Investors, Steven spent several years at RFR. Led by Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, RFR controls more than $15.0 billion of real estate across several property types across the world.

Steven began his career as a member of the Transactions Group at PMIG and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
